About Elizabeth Delgado Mizrahi, Esquire
I have been practicing law in South Florida for almost 30 years. I am a Miami native. My passion is to be the strongest voice and advocate for my clients. I received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science at Florida International University. I received my Juris Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University in 1992. My career started as state prosecutor in the Miami Dade County, Florida. In my career, I've tried over 40 criminal jury trials. I was also an appointed attorney in the criminal justice act panel for the Southern District of Florida where I represented individuals accused of violating federal criminal laws. Throughout my career, I've provided legal representation in family law litigation and probate and guardianship litigation.
Personal Philosophy
I strongly believe that the justice system can produce unfair results when litigates do not received competent legal advice. It could be overwhelming for people unfamiliar with the justice system.
Past Experience
I started my legal career as a Miami Assistant State Prosecutor and later served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. Your case will be diligently reviewed to establish the team assembled to get you the best defense. I am licensed to practice law in both Florida and Colorado.
